Duane’s expertise is leading high-performance teams and advising those in leadership roles on how to improve their organization’s execution. He is the founder of Lamoureux Consulting, LLC, which specializes in leading large-scale IT projects and providing management consulting services. Duane has over 25 years of experience in information technology consulting, financial management and professional service delivery.
Duane’s specialty is creating and leading teams made up of client staff and their outside consultants and is seen by his clients as a high-energy, no-nonsense leader who cuts through all the “clutter” and zeros in on what’s important in order to deliver results. He focuses on the strategy and management of execution, looking to maximize a team or organization’s performance.
Prior to founding Lamoureux Consulting, he was the head of finance for various Wells Fargo Bank business units, including its Information Technology Group. Prior to Wells Fargo Duane worked for Deloitte & Touche serving large publicly held companies and was a manager in their Financial Institutions Group practice. His clients at Deloitte included Charles Schwab, The Clorox Company, McKesson and Longs Drug Stores as well as various investment banking and venture capital firms.
Duane holds a BS in Business Administration from California State University, East Bay (graduated Summa Cum Laude) and is a licensed CPA (inactive).
Lamoureux Consulting has strategic alliances with other consulting firms and independent consultants, allowing access to additional consultants in the event they are needed to meet client’s needs. These consultants have at least 15 years of professional experience in strategy, technology and project management. The use of additional consultants and their management is our responsibility and transparent to clients.
