Lamoureux Consulting was founded in 1997 by Duane Lamoureux. The firm specializes in the strategy and execution of large-scale projects and advising management on how to improve their organization’s performance. Services include strategy development, project leadership and senior IT management team building. Our experience in project management, strategy, technology and financial management allows us to provide perspective, options and expertise in tackling our client's needs.
Duane Lamoureux is the primary consultant who delivers services on behalf of the firm. Typically, client resources are leveraged on projects because this results in cost savings, quicker start-up, better team work and knowledge transfer to our clients. If additional experienced consultants are required, we provide them. Clients only buy the leadership they need.
